PanaFest

This year´s PanaFest starts October 4th - October 8th. Various artists, scientists and intellectuals will participate in the work of inter- and intracultural communication. Furthering arts, science, politics, media and families, the festival documents local African communites potentials and creativity. President Dr. Heinz Fischer gives "Ehrenschutz".

Prospected programs are:

• Concert: Ghana Ministrel Chor
• Photo exhibitions
• 500 years Black Europe
• Affirmative actions and the politics of representation
• Human Rights , peace and democracy in relation to freedom of information via media / press
• Local African cultures
• Perspectives of globalization concerning equal rights
